Yoga Foundations

60 minute class that covers the foundations of a yoga practice. This class is great for beginners or experienced yogis alike. We take the time to understand our bodies, our breath, as well as the poses you are used to seeing. 

Taught in person at the Blooming Mystic every 1st & 3rd Sunday at 1pm. Please book 24 hours in advance. Each class requires a new purchase. Bring your own mat. Props like yoga blocks and pillows are provided.
