Monday & Wednesday's 12pm - Feel Good Flow

Feel good in your body with a gentle vinyasa flow. For beginners & experienced yogis, or anyone who needs a little pick-me-up. When your body gets stiff and your mind gets cloudy, a little movement does wonders.
This class can be done from a mat or sitting in a chair. Even though it is a viritual class, you aren't just watching a youtube video. You get an actual instructor who is certified to teach yoga. You can ask questions, and you will receive modifications or adjustments as needed.
Please understand that when you purchase a ticket, it is for ONE class. If you wish to attend more than one, you will need to purchase aditional tickets for each class. For your first class, please join 5 minutes early to fill out safety paperwork.
