About Me

Welcome to Radiant by Regan. I believe in leading with compassion. I aim to empower people to find their own inner radiance. I education and coach others to be able to make informed decisions and build habits for their own lives.

Who am I? I am someone who lost myself in the pressure of the world around me, then I rebuilt myself. I have survived disordered eating, depression, anxiety, postpartum, poverty, and trauma. I am a certified yoga teacher, a certified fitness trainer, a tarot reader, an artist, and I have several years experience helping people build behaviors.

What sets me apart? It’s not about me. It’s about my students, customers, and clients. When you work with me, you are the focus, and you are in control. I act as a mentor, a guide, and a resource.

Radiant by Regan isn’t just a brand. It’s hope that there are people who are just as determined to make the world brighter.
